Conclusion: Learning how to set relationships boundaries early in lives can have tremendous benefits and help us live more fulfilling lives by helping us stand for ourselves. Healthy boundaries is believing that you are Ok with who you are not superior or inferior to anyone else. Good boundaries are a sign of emotional health, self respect, and strength and we must teach our kids early on in life to set good boundaries.
